Reflection

time to review the work you have done

Camera Angles

establishing shot

long shot this shot shows a zoomed out shot of someone it shows the whole body that makes it a long shot this can show more of the background and can help you make sense of what is going on.

mid shot this shot shows a picture from the waist up this is what makes it a mid shot as it doesn't include the legs up. This is useful when doing interviews

high to low this is a high to low as the picture is pointing down this photo shows off the use of the high to low. if something was moving at the characters feet then this would be a good use of the shot.

medium shot

low to high this shot was a low to high as i was on the floor looking up at the two in the photo when i took the shot . this shot could be used if you wanted your main character to be looking up at something.

behind the shoulder

over the shoulder this was an over the shoulder as you can see the shoulder in the front and the main person in the background . You would use this if the movie was in third person

Dutch angle

Dutch angle these are photo's that are taken from an angle this photo shows the camera tilted the reason is if you want to take a Dutch angle then the camera needs to be at an angle. this can help if you want to show the charter peeking round the corner

close up

close up this shows just the face of the person in the photo this makes it a close up not an  extreme close up as there still is some background but the face is still in focus this can be used for scary or creepy moments in movies .

extreme close up

extreme close up this shows only the eyes and nose no background this is used for intense scenes and moments the eyes make it more intense.

video editing

This is a picture of how i did my timelapses in premire pro what i did was i used the razor tool to get the part of the video i wanted to timelapse once i had done that i then unliked the video from the audio i then right clicked on the video part and went down to speed duration i then sped it up by 5o% until i thought the video worked with the audio.

This screen shot shows me working on the effects this is where i got my transitions from like page flip, push and fade how i did it was i clcked on the effects then a couple of different effects appered i then went down to the one i wanted to use. these allowed me to stop some of the video snapping from one scene to the next.

This is where i got the page flip transition that helped the video run smoother. I then had to cut the video where i wanted to put the transition in to make the video run smoother. the transition i used was a slow fade as i thought that gave the best transition.

This is a photo of me working in adobe audition where i got the sound from was bensounds this site has free downloadable music that doesnt violate youtube policies i.only needed a certain amount of the music so i used the razor tool to cut out the rest of the music this allowed me to fill in a part of my video were there was no sound this now gives me the creepy halloween music that i was looking for.

This screenshot shows me uploading the music from auditon and putting it in the spot where there was no sound this also has at the end of the music it has a fade so it transitions nicely to the next scene.

This is the first draft of the pumpkin carving what i like about this draft is how all the different techniques i used such as transitions and time-lapses speed up the process making what would of been a very long and boring video much more exciting. Although in some places audio doesn't quite fit with screen it is barely noticeable and is a enjoyable to watch the video.I love the creepy music in one of the scenes i feel it really puts the message of Halloween across. i wish in some of the scenes i could re write the script although it does make sense i feel it could of been funnier it would of made a video better but that is me looking for every element to criticize  about the video. Where i got the sound from was a online website called Bensounds this website does free music which you can download for your project it also does music which you have to pay for.
